    Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan, gas mark 4).

    In a large bowl, mix together the eggs and flour.

    For this step you'll need:

    • 3 Egg(s) (free range)
    • 160g Plain white flour

    Add the baking powder, milk, oil, cheeses and sundried tomatoes and mix well until you have a doughy mixture.

    For this step you'll need:

    • 1tsp Baking powder
    • 150ml Milk (whole)
    • 50ml Olive oil
    • 100g Cheddar cheese mature
    • 200g Feta cheese
    • 100g Sundried tomatoes chopped

    Season the dough with salt and pepper and add the basil before continuing to mix.

    For this step you'll need:

    • pinch Salt to season
    • pinch Pepper to season
    • Basil leaves small bunch, chopped

    Grease a loaf tin with a little butter and pour in the mixture.

    Bake for 50 minutes on a medium shelf.

    Once cooked, remove from the oven and leave to cool before serving.
