    Place the cordial in a jug and top up to 600ml with the cold water.

    For this step you'll need:

    • 75ml Elderflower cordial
    • 525ml Water

    Soak the gelatine leaves in 4tbsp cold water for 5 minutes until softened. Heat 150ml of the elderflower cordial mixture in a small pan.

    For this step you'll need:

    • 4 Gelatine leaves
    • 4 tbsp Water

    Remove the gelatine leaves and add to the warm elderflower, stir until dissolved, then stir into the cold elderflower mixture. Pour into glasses and aloe to set in the fridge f or 3-4 hours.
