    Preheat the oven to 200⁰C (fan 180°C, gas mark 6).

    Place the cottage cheese, sunflower oil, milk, self-raising flour, baking powder and salt into a large bowl and mix to form a soft dough.

    For this step you'll need:

    • 150g Cottage cheese
    • 75ml Sunflower oil
    • 75ml Milk
    • 310g Self-raising white flour
    • 1tsp Baking powder
    • ½tsp Salt

    Roll the dough out onto a baking tray until it makes a circle about 34cm across.

    Spread with the tomato passata, mozzarella, chicken, tomatoes and pepper.

    For this step you'll need:

    • 4 tbsp Passata
    • 50g Mozzarella
    • 250g Chicken (cooked)
    • 50g Cherry tomatoes
    • 1 Yellow pepper(s)

    Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

    Serve topped with fresh basil leaves.
