Ingredients
- 4 Egg(s) (free range) separated
- 150 g Unrefined golden caster sugar
- 300 ml Double cream
- 1½ tsp Coffee extract

                        1Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks are formed For this step you'll need:

                        2Gradually whisk in the caster sugar until glossy and stiff. For this step you'll need:- 150g Unrefined golden caster sugar

                        3Whisk the cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks are formed. For this step you'll need:- 300ml Double cream
 
- 
                        4Fold the cream, egg yolks and coffee extract into the egg whites and sugar until well combined. For this step you'll need:- 1½tsp Coffee extract

                        5Pour into a container and freeze for 2 hours minimum.
