    Grease a 20 x 10 cm loaf tin. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F, gas mark 4).

    In a mixing bowl mash the bananas with the sugar until smooth.

    For this step you'll need:

    • 3 Banana(s) medium sized, ripe
    • 175g Unrefined light muscovado sugar

    Stir in the flour, eggs, oil and milk, mixing well until everything is thoroughly combined.  Gently fold in the chocolate and walnuts.

    For this step you'll need:

    • 175g Self-raising white flour
    • 2 Egg(s) (free range) beaten
    • 3 tbsp Sunflower oil
    • 55ml Milk (whole)
    • 110g Milk chocolate chips or chopped milk chocolate
    • 75g Walnuts chopped

    Pour into the tin and cook for 50-60 minutes until cooked through.

    Remove from the oven and cool in the tin for 5 minutes. Then turn out of the tin and leave to cool on a wire rack. Serve in slices.
