- 75 g Unrefined golden caster sugar
- 1 tsp Unrefined dark muscovado sugar
- 90 g Self-raising white flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- Salt
- 90 g Butter (unsalted) melted
- 1 tbsp Honey plus extra to drizzle

                        1Preheat the oven to 180˚C (160˚C fan, gas mark 6). Line one muffin tin with 6 paper cases. 
- 
                        2Whisk together the eggs and sugars until light and fluffy. Fold in the sifted flour, baking powder and salt. For this step you'll need:- 2 Egg(s) (free range)
- 75g Unrefined golden caster sugar
- 1tsp Unrefined dark muscovado sugar
- 90g Self-raising white flour
- 1tsp Baking powder
- pinch Salt

                        3Leave the mixture to rest for 30 minutes. Stir in the melted butter and honey into the egg mix and spoon into the paper cases. For this step you'll need:- 90g Butter (unsalted) melted
- 1 tbsp Honey plus extra to drizzle
 
- 
                        4Bake for about 25 minutes or until firm to the touch. Cool slightly and drizzle with honey to add some extra sweetness. For this step you'll need:- 1 tbsp Honey plus extra to drizzle
