Hi Bold Bakers! I was recently in Ireland so I just had to film an episode with my mum, who inspired me to become a baker. Together we made a Banoffee Pie, which is layers of creamy Dulce de Leche caramel, Bananas and cream on a cookie crust. While this isn't a traditional Irish dessert, it's one that I loved growing up. Happy St. Patrick's Day and let's get started!
