Easy Bake Recipe - Rock Cakes
For the first Cakey Goodness easy bake recipe we bring you a delicious fruity bun that goes perfect with a lovely cup of tea.
INGREDIENTS -
200g self raising flour
100g butter
75g light brown soft sugar
1 large egg
200g sultanas or raisins
You can use butter to grease the muffin tin or use a non-stick cooking spray which can be found in most supermarkets or cake decorating suppliers - Butter works just as good :)
