Chocolate Mousse Cake No Bake Recipe | How to Make Eggless Chocolate Mousse

Chocolate Mousse Cake No Bake Recipe
2 cups evaporated milk
1 pack(250ml) all-purpose cream
1/3 cup sugar
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
3 ¼ tbsp cornstarch
1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
Procedure
1. In a bowl combine sugar, cocoa powder and cornstarch. Mix. Add evaporated milk and all-purpose cream. Mix well. Strain mixture over a pot.
2. Turn on stove. Cook over medium heat while continuously stirring. When mixture is starting to boil add chopped dark chocolate. Mix well and cook until smooth and thick.
3. Pour chocolate mousse in each ice cream cups about ¾ full. Let it cool. Once it cooled down cover with lid and chill in the ref for 5 hours or overnight. Dust with cocoa powder.
Yields: 8 pieces
