In the holy month of ramadan, suhoor time plays a vital role. This is the time to take food for fasting the whole day. The meal that shows our faith in fasting and the meal that gives you the energy throughout the day. Eating something, atleast a dates for suhoor is sunnah. Suhoor makes out fasting more comfortable .The meal must be easily digestible too and must be less spicy which helps us to get rid of any stomach disorders during our fasting hours. Porridge or rice soups are the best choice for suhoor which helps to avoid thirst but must be served with less salt. I love coconut milk rice soup ( paal kanji) which has an inviting flavor. Try to avoid fried side dishes or fried recipes especially for suhoor.
