Ingredients

Passion Fruit-15
Sugar-750gm
Water-750ml
Salt-one pinch
Lemon Juice-of 2

method
Take out the seeds from the passionfruit and keep aside .
Then heat a kadai along with water and sugar..
let it boil and cook for more than 10 minutes ..
Now add salt and lemon juice..
Allow to cool the syrup..
Now use a fork and beat the passion fruit pulp ..
or u can whip it in jar and strain if u dont want the seeds in ur squash..
Now add this pulp to the syrup and mix well..
Keep in the refrigerator and use after cools down ..
U can pour one 1/4 portion of the syrup to the glass and then add water and mix..
so the tasty passion fruit juice is ready to serve
