Ingredients:
2 kg minced meat
1 large onion chopped very finely (I prefer less onions in my samosas}
2 tablespoons fresh coriander finely chopped
1 teaspoon garam masala
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
Chilli powder to taste (optional}
Fresh chillies, chopped to taste {Optional}
