225 grams Caster sugar
225 grams Self raising flour
225 grams Butter

Filling & topping:

Smooth Raspberry jam
400-600ml Double cream, whipped
Mini white and pink meringue nests/drops
Strawberries
Blueberries
raspberries
Mint leaves to garnish
