For the Cookie Bowls -
100g unsalted butter, soft
50g caster sugar
50g light soft brown sugar
1/2 a large egg + a couple of drops of vanilla extract
210g plain flour
30g very fine chocolate chips
100g dark chocolate, melted
Sprinkles for decorating
ICE CREAM!

For the fudge sauce -
60g double or whipping cream
25g caster sugar
100g golden syrup
30g dark chocolate
20g cocoa powder
pinch of sea salt
MORE SPRINKLES!
