RECIPE:
Ingredients:
250 g of minced meat
1/22 a cup of dania stems
1 red onion, diced
1/2 of green hoho, diced
4 cloves of minced garlic
1 tomato, minced
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1/2 a teaspoon of paprika
1/2 a teaspoon of paprika
1/2 a teaspoon of black pepper
1 heaped teaspoon of royco
1 cup of carrots, diced
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil for frying
Dania leaves for garnish

Method
1. First sear your meat, and do so together with the dania stems. It will take less than 8 minutes and once done, set aside.
2. To the pan, add the red onion, hoho and minced garlic. Let this sautee until fragrant and soft. Then add the tomatoes and tomato paste.
3. Mix everything in, then add the spices, followed by some hot water (or beef stock), then let this simmer until nice and thiccccc!
4. Add the seared minced beef, followed by the carrots, abit of more water, then cover with a lid and let this simmer on low heat for about 15 min.
5. Once done, it should be thick, browned, and all spices combined. Serve with your preferred starch and enjoy to the max my loves!
