Donuts Recipe Easy - Homemade Doughnuts - Foolproof Donuts by (HUMA IN THE KITCHEN)

Learn how to make Homemade Doughnuts. A doughnut is a type of fried dough confectionery or dessert food. A step by step video recipe to make fried doughnuts. In this video you will also learn chocolate glaze (icing) recipe.
NOTES:
1: Use softened or melted butter, properly incorporate butter into the dough.
2: Knead the dough 4-5 minutes for soft donuts.
3: Don't over proof, it may leads to oily and flat donuts.
4: Don't under proof, it may lead to stiff donuts.
5: Use slightly warm milk and water, even a little bit hot water may kill the yeast.
6: Fry donuts on slow flame. Don't shallow fry. Only deep fry.
7: Glaze donuts while they are slightly warm.
