Hyderabadi Dum Ka Kheema is a classical delicacy of Hyderabad.It is a delicious Minced meat recipe made using various spices.Watch the video and I will show you it's easy recipe.

INGREDIENTS
Minced meat - 250 gram
Roasted black grams - 1 tablespoon
Cashewnuts - 8
Cloves - 2
Cardamom - 1
Tailed pepper or kabab chini - 6
Poppy seeds - 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Yogurt - 1 cup
Clarified butter or ghee - 1 tablespoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Fried onion - 2 medium sized
Salt - as per taste
Green chillies 4
Coriander leaves - few
Mint leaves - few
Charcoal - 1 piece

METHOD
1.In a bowl add minced meat to it add ground powder of
Roasted black grams - 1 tablespoon
Cashewnuts - 8
Cloves - 2
Cardamom - 1
Tailed pepper or kabab chini - 6
Poppy seeds - 1 teaspoon

2.Then add
Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Yogurt - 1 cup
Clarified butter or ghee - 1 tablespoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Fried onion - 2 medium sized
Salt - as per taste

3.Mix it well and marinate for 15 minutes.

4.Now cook this marinated minced meat under low flame or till it is tender.

5.Then increase the flame and cook till the water completely dries.

6.Place a bowl in it place a burnt coal to it add some ghee, it releases smoke.

7.When smoke emerges out close the lid and leave it for 15 minutes.

8.Hyderabadi dum ka kheema is ready.
