How to make light soup with lamb meat GHANA

today Im preparing Ghana light soup or pepper soup with lamb meat, feel free to prepare it with any meat you like.

ingredients:
lamb meat
4 scotch bonnet peppers
1 eggplant
a piece of ginger aproximately like a thumb size
salt
2 stock cubes (the stock cubes disapeard on my video)
2 onions
1 and half tablespoon of tomato puree (tomato concentrate)
1 can of plum or chopped tomatoes
utensils;
a strainer (optional)
a large sauce pan
