Vanilla Cookie Dough Recipe

This week we are Mixing-It-Up in the kitchen and heading Back-to-Basics as we get in gear for Spring with this fabulous recipe for delicious VANILLA SUGAR COOKIES. I'll show you how to make it from start to finish.They have great flavor and don't loose their shape when baked.
LOOK DOWN BELOW for all the ingredients you'll need.
Unsalted butter - 1 pound (or four sticks)
Granulated Sugar - 1 pound 4 ounces
Salt - 2 teaspoons
Eggs - 2
Vanilla - 1 Tablespoon
Whole Milk - 4 ounces
Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
All-purpose Flour - 1 pound 4 ounces
Cake Flour - 1 pound 4 ounces
FREEZE cookies for at least 15 minutes before baking. Bake at 350 Degrees for about 24 minutes (rotate pans halfway)
