Spanish bread is a twisted, log shaped, sweet bread. It is commonly served in the Philippines. It is one of my all time favorite breads due to its texture and sweetness. I enjoy it served up with a nice cup of coffee. If you enjoy this recipe, you also might like our ensaymada bread:
