1 1/2 cups butter
1/2 cup vegetable oil -
4 1/2 cups sugar -
2 teaspoons vanilla -
6 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons Wilton Rose Icing Colour -
6 cups flour -
1 tablespoon salt -
3 cups buttermilk, at room temperature
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar -
1 tablespoon baking soda -
2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips -
4 lbs Satin Ice White Fondant -

WATERMELON PINK BUTTERCREAM
400g sugar -
8 Egg Whites
1 lb Butter
Wilton Red Icing Colour -
1 cup Chocolate Chips -
