How to make Rock buns

Ingredients:
4 cups Self raising flour
1 cup Sugar
1/4 pint Milk
2 Tablespoon Margarine
3 large Eggs
1 teaspoon Cinamon / nut meg
3 Tablespoons Sultanas / Raisins

Method:
1 Pour the flour into your mixing bowl
2 Add the sugar
3 Add the margarine
4 Add the cinnamon or nut meg
5 Rub all in evenly
6 Add the raisins or sultanas
7 Add the egg and using the finger tips, mix them .
8 Add the milk gradually and mix, add some more till a good consistency- Not too soft and not too hard.
9 Grease your baking tray and sprinkle a little flour on the tray , to prevent he pastry from sticking to the tray.
10 use your hand /ice cream scoop to make portions of the dough and arrange them on the baking tray.
11 Preheat oven for 10 minutes on 200C / 400F /Gas Mark 6
12 Put the tray of rock buns into the preheated oven and bake for 15- 20 min.
13 Allow to cool and serve for your tea.
