How to make a Mojito with Bacardi at the Mixology School in Brighton.
Mojito Recipe,
Ingredients
50 ml Bacardi
25 ml fresh lime juice
2 barspoons of caster sugar
handful of mint
Method
Dissolve sugar and lime juice in a tall glass, add the mint and add crushed ice. Then add the Bacardi. Churn all the ingredients, add more crushed ice and garnish.
