How to Make Doughnut Shortbread Cookies | Cupcake Jemma

What's better than a doughnut? Well, not much to be honest, but how about a cookie which LOOKS like a doughnut while we're thinking about it? These cookies are not only cute and doughnut shaped, the recipe for them is just a really great shortbread recipe too!

Recipe -

300g plain flour
100g caster sugar
Pinch of salt
250g unsalted butter, cold and chopped into cubes
Vanilla extract

Nutella
200g icing sugar, sifted
10g powdered egg white
4 tbsp water
Food Colouring
Sprinkles
