Easy One Pot Swedish Meatballs with Pasta is the perfect dish for those busy weeknights when you’re short on time but have some big appetites to satisfy! Freshly made beef meatballs are combined with egg noodles and a delicious, creamy savoury sauce, all in one pot! Takes only a few minutes of prep work, then just a bit of stirring. Ingredients:

500g Beef Mince
1/2 Cup of Dry Breadcrumbs
1/2 an Onion (finely chopped or minced)
1 Clove of Mince Garlic (about 1 Teaspoon)
1 Egg
400g of Dry Egg Noodle Pasta (I used Pappardelle)
Salt and Pepper
2 Cups of Liquid Beef Stock
2 Cups of Milk
1 Tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce
1 Cup of Finely Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Cup of Freshly Chopped Parsley

Preparation Time: About 20 minutes
Cooking Time: About 20 minutes
