Recipe -
For the sponge...
375g unsalted butter, soft
375g caster sugar
6 lg eggs
285g self raising flour
15g cocoa powder
75g Horlicks/Malt drink powder
pinch of salt
4 tbs whole milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract

For the Malt Buttercream...
250g unsalted butter, soft
565g icing sugar, sifted
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp barley malt extract

To decorate...
LOADS of Maltesers! I used about 600g!! :-D
