Almond Flour Banana Bread, Lower Carb, Gluten Free, Wheat Free

Ingredients:
2 medium bananas, very ripe
3 eggs
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1/3 cup sour cream
1/8 tsp Kal Stevia
2 cups almond flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Butter a loaf pan. Add wet ingredients to a mixing bowel and beat for 2-3 minutes. Add dry ingredients one at a time and mix well. Pour batter into loaf pan. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Cool for 10-15 minutes, and remove from pan. Cool completely before slicing.
