*For those asking - 'isn't this just baking?' - No! I already finished my entire makeup routine! I baked - applied all powders, bronzers and blush! this is the last last step before setting spray and bottom mascara! So after you finish you apply the powder lightly under your eyes. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes after you apply bottom mascara. This trick magically prevents the smudging under eyes! :) I've tried so many different things for so many years. This is the only thing that worked for me! x
