Easter Sheep Cupcakes - In The Kitchen With Kate

Hey Guys :D I am back with another recipe perfect for Easter! I love recipes like these as they are great fun to make with friends and family! If you do make these cupcakes make sure to tag me in a photo over on Instagram - Inthekitchenwithkate

Recipe-
Cupcake:
200 grams Plain flour
45 grams Cocoa powder
2 tsp Baking powder
¼ tsp Salt
100g Soft light brown sugar
180 grams Caster sugar
80 grams Unsalted Butter
240 ml Whole milk
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 Tbsp Finely grated orange zest

Buttercream:
450 grams Icing sugar
150 grams Unsalted butter
35-40 ml Whole milk

To decorate:
Mini marshmallows
mini cream eggs
edible eyes
edible glue

Bake at 190ºC for 18-22 minutes
