Ingredient
1. Potato 2 Med. size
2. Chickpeas Flour 1 Cup
3. Rice Flour 2tb
4. Turmeric 1/2ts
5. Red Chilli 1ts
6. Garam Masala 1/2ts
7. Corriander 1tb
8. Ginger Paste 1/2ts
9. Garlic Paste 1/2ts
10. Carrom Seeds 1ts
11. Asafoetida 1/4ts
12. Salt as per taste
13. water 1/2Cup
14. Oil for frying
15. Onion 1 Med. size
16. Bread 3 Slice

Method
To Make a Batter ..Take a Bowl Add Chickpea flour,Rice flour, Turmeric, Red Chilli, Garam Masala, Corriander,Ginger garlic paste,Carrom seeds, Asafoetida, Salt…Mix it well…Add little little water and make batter …then add onion, potato and bread ..mix it well our semi thick batter is ready
Keep Oil Medium hot ….take spoon size pakoda of batter and put it in oil…fry it till golden brown color comes..Our New Tasty Crispy Aloo Pakora /Pakoda is ready to serve with Tea…and Enjoy in Rain.
