The weather has been playing with our emotions lately ... so I thought why not share this comforting receipe of "Meat Pepper Soup" . Enjoy!

Ingredients :
Tripe of a Cow/Beef – Mabumu ya Ngombe
Cow Foot or Pig Trotters-Makolo ya Ntaba/Ngombe or Makoso
Lamb Liver-Foie d’agneau
3 Maggi Cubes
2 Bay Leaves
1 TBSP of Dunn Rivers all purpose seasoning
1TBSP of Pili Pili
3 ½ cups of water
1 Chopped Onion
4 diced Garlic Cloves
A handful of chopped Celery or Spring Onion
1 Fresh Tomato or 2-3 TBSP of Chopped Tomato
