The Ultimate Pork Hock

Please help us to find bad videos. Broken or unappropriated video content?
Clothed in glossy brown sauce, this pork is so tender that it’s almost falling off the bone. A well-cooked pork hock can make a perfectly satisfying meal when served with plain rice. The pork hock was deep fried then soaked in cold water for 24 hours to make it more tender, then steamed for 3 hours with aromatic spices. Tender, rich, and comforting, its flavor is unbeatable. Although we used pork hock (knuckle) in this video, you can always substitute it with pork belly, which works wonders as well.
