How to cook healthier IGADO my upgraded version
IGADO, is a Pilipino dish using Pork heart , liver, bladder and pancheas .
Here in my recipe I'm just using lean pork with little fats and liver and adding more vegetables to make it a healthier dish..
Ingredients:
200 grms pork liver
500 grams lean pork with little fats.
1 medium potato
3 colors bell pepper medium size
1 small carrot
100 grams green peas
100 grams garbansos
2 medium onions
1 whole medium garlic
1 tbsp ground pepper
5pcs bay leaves
2 tbsp sugar
Soy sauce
Vinegar.
