With this recipe you can make jelly filled donuts or a cinnamon and sugar dusted donut.
Here is what you will need to make this easy donut recipe
1/4 cup lukewarm water
1/3 cup whole milk lukewarm
2 tsp dry active yeast
1 small egg at room temp
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups bread flour - extra for dusting
1 tbsp. soft butter unsalted
1 tsp vanilla extract/essence

oil to fry
1 cup powdered sugar
3 tbsp. whole milk
1 tsp vanilla essence / extract
