Making mini donuts in a donut maker machine. Two recipes for sweet and savoury!

This video shows how to make both sweet and savoury donuts in a home donut maker machine using the Gourmet Gadgetry 3 in 1 sweet treat maker.

The recipes I have included are apple and cinnamon donuts and swiss cheese and bacon doughnuts. There is a basic dough mixture to which you can add your own flavourings to create delicious homemade snacks.
Step 1 - Turn on the donut maker so it can heat up
Step 2 - Create the basic dough mixture using 230g of self-raising flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 125g of butter and 1 egg.
Step 3 - Add enough milk to make the dough a dropping consistency
Step 4 - If you are making savoury donuts add swiss cheese and some pre-cooked bacon (you can buy this ready done in supermarkets and it's really crunchy)
If you are making sweet donuts add pureed apples, cinammon and sugar according to taste (I added 50g)
Step 5 - Transfer the mixture to the pre-heated donut maker using either a piping bag on a teaspoon
