Frosting 1
1 heaping tbsp. corn starch dissolved in 1/2 cup of cold water Cook on stove for 2 mins until thicken. Allow to cool completely.
Ingredients:
1 stick softened butter (whipped), then add 8 ounces of cream cheese, add cool cornstarch mixture, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 3 1/2 cup confectionary sugar (adding slowly), mix no more than 5 mins. Do not over blend. Pecans are optional
Spread on cool cake
Frosting 2: "not shown"
1 stick softened butter
12 ozs softened cream cheese
1/2 teas vanilla extract
blend these 3 ingredients well then add
3 cups confectionary sugar blend well (about 4 minutes)
