Our latest invention with our new Kmart $29 Family Pie Maker is a soft tender creamy coconut tart. Made in a couple of minutes and baked in a few more and you are sitting down to a teatime treat in next to no time.

INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs
40g self raising flour
40g desiccated coconut
40g brown sugar
400g can of coconut c ream but coconut milk could be used for a lower fat version
