How to bake a Basic Sweet Bread

This bread can be served as is, or the dough can be used as a starter for other breads. You can make it sweeter. You can add cinnamon and/or nutmeg, dried fruit, or use the dough for making cinnamon rolls. I like the bread toasted and spread with a little butter and jelly with my morning coffee. In taste tests with friends, we agreed toasted tasted best. And some people tell me my videos have an ASMR quality.
