    Whisk the double cream, condensed milk, peppermint extract and food colouring together until soft and fluffy.

    For this step you'll need:

    • 300ml Double cream
    • 175g Condensed milk
    • 2tsp Peppermint extract
    • Green food colouring a couple of drops

    Gently stir in the chocolate chips.

    For this step you'll need:

    • 100g Dark chocolate chips

    Spoon in to an air tight container or loaf tin covered in cling film and freeze overnight.
