120g plain flour
100g sugar
pinch salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
80ml buttermilk
1 egg
1tbsp melted butter
drop of vanilla extract
extra melted butter, cinnamon and sugar to coat
