I made delicious Rocky Road Treat for Easter. In this video I show you how to make easy no bake Rocky Road Bunny Treats, using a cute silicone mold from Wilton and super easy technique.

Rocky Road Bars
1/2 cup cream
14 oz(400grams) chocolate chips ( I like to mix dark and milk)
2 3/4 cups(40 grams) Puffed Rice
2tbl corn syrup
1stick(113grams) butter, unsalted
1generous cup(60rams) micro marshmallows
9 halved (70 grams )graham cookies, crashed
1/2tsp vanilla
1/2tsp almond extract
1/2 cup dry sour cherries, chopped
1 cup sweetened coconut
In a large bowl stir together crushed cookies, puffed rice, chopped dry cherries, marshmallows, set aside.
In a heat proof bow, over the pot of simmering water melt butter, chocolate, cream, corn syrup, stirring until smooth.
Stir in extracts, pour over dry ingredients and stir well until moisten through.
Spray the bunny pan non stick spray, fill in the cavities, put a piece of wax paper on the top and press the rocky road mix into the silicone pan.
Remaining mixture can be used to fill the loaf pan, line the loaf pan with plastic wrap and press the mixture in.
Cover and chill for 1-2 hours, or overnight.
Press the bunnies out of the silicone mold, store in the airtight container.
Peel of the plastic wrap from the loaf and slice. Store in the airtight container.
Enjoy.
