Kissan Double Decker Roti Roll

Ingredients
4 readymade whole-wheat chapattis
1 cup grated cottage cheese
½ cup grated processed cheese
¼ cup American corn kernels, boiled
1medium red capsicum, seeded and chopped
1 medium green capsicum, seeded and chopped
4 tablespoons Kissan Squeezo No Onion No Garlic Ketchup
2 green chillies, chopped
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking
Method
1. Combine cottage cheese, processed cheese, corn kernels, red and green capsicum, ketchup, green chillies and salt in a bowl and mix well.
2. Take a chapatti and place on a worktop. Put generous amount of cheese mixture on it.
3. Heat a non-stick tawa. Place the chapatti with the mixture on it and drizzle some oil on the sides. Place another chapatti on top, press and flip. Drizzle some more oil on the sides.
4. Remove from heat and cut into quarters. Serve immediately.
