How to cook Jamaican Authentic Stew Pea's With Pig tail (SLOW COOKER )STEP BY STEP

Hello my fabulous love bug goooodies

I'm sharing one of my all-time favorite recipes with you guys! Jamaican-style stew peas with pig tail inside my slow cooker
served with white rice!! This recipe is flavorful & oh-so-delicious!! If you've never tried it before, you're missing out!! Promise you'll enjoy it!

INGREDIENTS
* 1 can coconut milk (Grace)
3 cups beef broth
* 3 lbs pig tails
* 3 stalks of scallion
* fresh thyme
* 14 pimento seeds
* fresh garlic
* 1 Scotch Bonnet Pepper (optional)
bell pepper
1 tsp vinegar
* 1 large onion
1 pack red peas (12 0z pack)
1 tbsp paprika
salt(optional)
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp all purpose seasoning
1 tsp ginger powder

FOR THE SPINNERS (dumplings)
*1/2 cup flour
* 1/3 cup water (salt optional)

cook on high heat/ total cooking time 5 hours
