2 and 3/4 cups/345g) flour
3 tbs sugar
1 tsp salt
1 package/1 1/4 tsp Yeast
1/2 cup/120ml water
1/4 cup/60ml milk
3 tbs/45g butter
1 egg

Filling:
3 tbs/45g butter
1 1/2 tbs cinnamon
1/4 cup/50g sugar

Glaze:
1 cup/120g icing/powdered sugar
1 tbs/15ml milk
1 tsp/15ml maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
