Ingredients for the Dough
1c bread flour
1c all-purpose flour
1/4c sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2c milk,warm
1/4c butter,melted
1 egg
2 tsp dry yeast + 1 tsp sugar
Filling
1/2c water
1/2c light brown sugar
1 tbsp dark brown sugar
150g grated coconut
1 tsp vanilla extract
Oven Temperature
180℃ for 18 to 20 minutes
160℃ convection
