2 TBSP OIL
2 TBSP ORANGE SPLIT LENTILS
2 TBSP YELLOW SPLIT LENTILS
2 TBSP SPLIT PIGEON PEAS
2 TBSP CHICK PEAS LENTILS
2 TBSP SPLIT BLACK GRAM
500 GMS MUTTON
1 TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
SALT TO TASTE
½ TSP TURMERIC POWDER
2 TSP CHILLI POWDER
1 TBSP CORIANDER POWDER
1 CUP OIL
2 ONIONS SLICED
2 BAY LEAVES
1 TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
3-4 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES
SOME CHOPPED CORIANDER AND MINT LEAVES
1 TSP CORIANDER SEEDS
1 TSP CUMIN
1 TSP FENNEL SEEDS
8-10 BLACK PEPPER CORNS
½ TSP DRIED GINGER POWDER / SAUNTH
1 TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER
2-3 TBSP FRIED ONIONS
