Mint and coriander sauce
INGREDIENTS
400 g FAGE Total Yoghurt
5 mint leaves, chopped
1 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
½ garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp chili powder
Salt and ground black pepper
RECIPE
Spoon the yoghurt, mint, coriander and garlic into a food processor. Add the chili powder and season. Blend until smooth. Chill until ready to serve with barbecued fish or meat.
