Easy Sourdough Bread Recipe and Instant Soudough Flavor Review
This is NOT an AD. We purchased the Instant Sourdough Flavor because we thought it was an interesting alternative for when making sourdough bread. We could see that the Instant Sourdough Flavor powder is a shortcut & timesaver to making sourdough-flavored bread. This does give a boost of the classic tangy sourdough flavor. So easy because there is no need feeding the starter all the time. We hope you find this video helpful in deciding to use the Instant Sourdough Flavor or to make the sourdough starter from scratch.

Ingredients
2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of wheat or rye flour
3 tablespoons of instant sourdough flavor (King Arthur Flour is the brand we used)
1 teaspoon of instant yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
1 1/4 cup of water
Instruction:
Mix in the all purpose flour, rye flour, instant sourdough flavor,
instant yeast, salt & water
Mix well.
Cover the bowl and leave it at room temperature for an hour.
Then put the bowl in the refrigerator overnight or up to 5 days.
Prepare a baking pan with butter and flour.
Then knead the dough and press it in the pan.
Cover the baking pan and set aside for an hour.
Place the pan in a cold oven. Initially, the pan needs to be covered with a lid when baking.
Set oven at 425 F. Bake for 45 minutes.
Then take the lid off. Bake for another 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
Let the bread cool down before slicing it.
