Found a Safe Dumpster Diving | Trash Picking Sycamore

Dumpster diving and trash picking the garbage day route in Sycamore. Found some aluminum wire with copper splice that made me believe it was all copper. I don't quite know how to get into the locked thing, except a saws-all maybe.

Dumpster diving, trash picking and recycling pallets are what I like to do.
