Tandoori Paneer Roti Wraps | Waitrose & Partners
These colourful tandoori wraps are quick and simple to make.
Preparation time: 20 minutes plus resting
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
150g plain flour (or 75g plain and 75g wholemeal), plus extra to dust
2 tbsp essential olive oil
226g pack paneer, cut into 8 x 2cm-thick sticks
2 green peppers, sliced
3 tbsp Cooks’ Ingredients tandoori paste
10g fresh coriander, stalks finely chopped, leaves roughly chopped
1 red chilli, deseeded and chopped
100g natural yogurt
sliced cucumber, lettuce and lemon wedges, to serve
